Journey to Handstand is for anyone wanting to achieve their first handstand or advance their inversion practice. Whether you’re a moderate or advanced practitioner, this series is designed to ensure a safe journey into your inversion practice with instruction and guidance.
Starting with the basics, you will further strengthen and stabilise your arms, wrists, and core. As you master these fundamentals, you will advance into floating, forearm balances, transitions, and eventually your first freestanding handstand.
From shoulder mobility, to crow pose, core strength, and more – you’ll gain body awareness and strong habits for your inversion practice. Get ready to sweat, stretch, strengthen, and smile on your journey to handstand!
