Develop your practice and explore movement on your mat with Yoga for Beginners. Yoga is a powerful tool to balance your mind, release tension, and feel better in your body. You’ll enjoy the benefits of yoga as you work through short flows that break down the elements of vinyasa: sun salutations, seated stretches, core work, balances, and backbends. These classes aren’t designed to be easy — they’re going to push you, expand your limits, and help you grow within your practice.
