I have been going to Kathryn’s classes for several years and love her energy and positivity. We are a mixed group but Kathryn gently encourages and adjusts to get the best out of everybody, whatever they are capable of. I always leave her sessions relaxed, renewed – and possibly a bit taller.

I have been practicing yoga with Kathryn for about ten years now, and it is no exaggeration to say that her wonderful classes have changed my life.
